ARMENIAN GENOCIDE - 90

APPEAL TO POSTERITY

The first genocide in the 20th century, the Armenian Genocide, took place in 1915.

It happened in Western Armenia, the cradle of the Armenians, and in all parts of the Ottoman Empire with an Armenian population. This was the first unprecedented crime of total physical extermination of one nation by another.
